Submit manuscripts according to the submission guidelines, along with the manuscript submission form.
*Access is restricted within the university (only the call for papers is published).

Qualifications for Submission
1. Full-time faculty members of the Graduate School of Computer Science and Systems Engineering, the Faculty of Computer Science and Systems Engineering(including endowed chairs), and the Center for Computer Science and Systems Engineering.
2. Students enrolled in the doctoral course of the Graduate School of Computer Science and Systems Engineering who have been recommended by their advisors.
3. In addition to those listed in the preceding items, those who have been especially approved by the Director of Kyutech Library.
